Do you always buy the dlc vehicles when they are released?

If it's a limited time car, like the Liberator or Roosevelt, I buy it. Otherwise I test in SP then base my purchases on that.

 

Didn't buy any of the aircraft from the FS update. Didn't buy the Sovereign, although I should have and sold it, so I could have the option to buy it again.

 

Bought the Hackoochachoo bike as it looks and performs like it's real life counterpart.

I either test them in story mode and if I still can't decide I look for the appreciation threads and read the reviews and check if they have any modding potential.

If he shows the vehicle is good (and by good I mean the best for racing on it's class) then I'll buy it.

I have my own concept of buying vehicles. I want to spend the heard earned money, and show off a little bit-. So I only have collectors edition vehicles, limited supply vehicles and the most expensive vehicles with the most expensive tuning. All my vehicles are in Gold, Gold/carbon and carbon and they all have purple wdots on their wheels and they all have the same horn signal. After the last dlc I had to sell my 300.000 $ JB 700, because the GT Furore was more expensive.

For some reason, some german GTA fans got furious about how I choose my cars. I hope that no one in this community will have any problems whats in my garage.

For now I am working on my pegasus collection. I collected the pegasus catalog the price down, starting with the titan and work it down to the cheepest vehicle.I have now 29 out of 35 (1.17) Although you just need the tank and the buzzard, I keep collecting them, because I got a colllectin`heart.

I'll test them in story mode first, then online I have friends that buy them all and fully mod them so I'll drive there's around quite a bit to see if I like them or not.

 

The last DLC I only bought the motorcycles but sold them both less than 24hrs. later.

I loved the new crotch rocket till I raced with it, then sold it and bought a Bati again to replace it. The new chopper's not bad it just looks too small once my male character is on it like the Nemesis. So like the Nemesis I bought it again and now it's in one of my second characters garages.

 

I really liked the new sports bike but what makes it fun in free roam kills it in races. Hitting a curb or median in the middle of the road while riding a wheelie is either going to send you 20+ feet into the air or it's going to dump you on the ground. Plus I can't get over that huge ugly exhaust that you can't change.

I load up the SP and test them all out. It`s really nice that we can do that. I know some people who haven`t finished the story mode so their saves can`t fully test them which is bad, because you should really know what you are buying. Like the LTS update, the cars front looks good, but I really don`t like the rear, considered maybe buying it, but when I drove it the answer was clear - hell no. Handles horribly and it also has no customization options. I like the bikes though, but I`m not sure I`d love to spend almost 100k for each of them. I`ll end up using them only in races anyways, so I decided to also not buy them. If the price would be lower and we could store more cars then yeah why not. But since I`m already tight on space I don`t feel like throwing out one of my favorite cars for an expensive bike I`d use maybe once in 10 hours of gameplay.

I go to single player to test the DLC vehicles first. I do not buy every DLC vehicle, even I have the GTA$. The Sovereign sucked big time. The planes of the Flight School DLC were unarmed. I have already the Luxor and Vestra for two avatars, I do not need more flying buses.

 

The Swift helicopter should have had the canon of the Lazer and the rockets of the Buzzard. Then it would be an Airwolf. I wait for the Hunter if it is ever coming.

 

What I want that you can own more properties. More cars is pointless without parking space.

I bought a topless Coquette Classic because it reminded me of my uncle's Cobra, but I haven't driven it much so I kind of regret buying it. Other than that the only DLC car I've loved without question is the Zentorno.

 

In the "other" category I love having a Besra as its fast, maneuverable, and only a phone call away as opposed to stealing a Lazer.

 

I test drive most cars in SP before buying though.

I understand that if you hava just a garage as property your manic mechanic will place your ten cars in garages all around so that you can hav more cars .I have two garages for ten a g. Why won`t my mechnic let have me more cars in secret garages? I really miss GTA 3.Do you remember?There was this garage where you could put a coutless amount of cars in it.Oh happy days...

I usually get 1 ride from every update... maybe the guns if they are cool but i have ditched lots of weapons for easy scroll ability to my favorite weapons.... (BOTH team weapons were bad f*cken ass tho...) and then a few varieties of the new outfits... cept the hipster sh*t, only thing i got from that was that rasta yellow/army style long sleeve shirt to make a rasta rebel outfit... anyways.. ya.. middle ground you kno... why I still got money and a bunch of sh*t I like...

 

I dont think we are suppose to have everything.... diversity makes this game interesting... what cars he/she chooses over yourself... Like... for instance.. DLC cars I have are: Huntly S, Jester, Blade, Dubsta 6x6 and Valentine... got no reason for an alpha.. (Tho I might consider it cus its like albany's only fast car and I've been collecting albany) No reason for any of the other hiptster rides.... tho that glendale looks dope... a good drug dealer ride haha

sadly your cant store dlc cars from single player so il just test them in single player and glitch money in online and buy them if their good like my sexy zentorno

I just buy them now, I used to try them in single player but I never backed up my save, got a new PS3 and haven't been arsed to play through the singleplayer again

Load up story mode and give each vehicle a thorough test before agonizing over which of my current rides will be sacrificed to make room for anything that makes the grade.

Used to just buy everything and sell them later if I got bored with them, I was more interested in the vehicles though back when the high life and business updates came out though. I have been less interested in the vehicles in the last few updates so I have been trying them out if SP to see if it was worth me keeping.

The only DLC car I have in my garage is a Roosevelt.
