Join via our recruitment crew first. http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/crew/damned_recruitment We're looking for an active players who want to play free aim, you could be just making the switch from assisted, or you could be an experienced free aimer, we don't mind so long as your active, mature, and are interested in being part of a group that's been in existence for over 4 years. Damned Guidelines (what we value and how we operate) 1) Attitude to other members should at all times be positive. No hate messages, repeatedly killing or trolling others in game, etc. The green ring around a person's blips on the map should be a mark of safety. If you see someone else in the crew you should know immediately that they're a friend. We're all in this together. 2) Playing fair, (such as clean racing, not relying on miniguns in owned weapon games in Team Deathmatches) at all times between crew members. Do what you like with your friends, enemies, or random people in random lobbies outside of the crew, but when playing with other crew members you should aim to be as fair as possible. 3) Keep in mind that we aren't a hardcore elitist crew, we play free aim, but we're focused on having fun. Be humble in victory and respectful in defeat. We appreciate almost all the modes in GTAO. 4) On the forums and in general communication with other crew members you should be polite and respectful. If you're going to have a disagreement at least try to make it a constructive one. Rude behaviour and extended drama is not going to be tolerated. People going against these crew guidelines will be sent a message to remind them of how we prefer to do things. Continuous issues will result in demotions and eventual kicks from the crew, this will happen if you continue to not follow these guidelines, no matter how skilled you are as a player. How promotions/demotions work You'll get promoted or demoted based on your involvement, initiative and input into the crew. Below are some examples of things you can do to get promoted or demoted. This is by no means an exhaustive list and you don't need to do everything. Basically the more you do and the longer you do them for, the higher your chances of being recognised and promoted (or demoted/kicked). Ways to get promoted Keep DAMN/ROLL as your active crew the majority of the time, it's ok to be in other crews but if you are never supporting DAMN, you will be kicked. Join in with Crew events and playlists, set these up yourself or support others. Communicate effectively with other crews to help set games up. Show good in-game behaviour (clean racing, no trolling, give advice to others, no boasting) Be an active member within GTAforums, Our Website, Social Club page and Private Forum (Lieutenants Only). Help other members with things they need and Support the crew in other means if you can, ie. make videos. Show good out-of-game behaviour (respectful, polite, etc) - Don't be a kiss ass though. Ways to get demoted Bad sportmanship in TDM, Racing dirty when it's meant to be kept clean. Trolling/Repeatedly killing crew members, unless agreed upon before hand Aggressive/abusive communication in game or out of it, banter is encouraged, but don't take it too far. Be wary about what you say and be mature over the headset. Spamming on any of the forums. Repeatedly going against crew guidelines, e.g. playing only assisted aim, not joining invites. Inactivity. The Leader, Commissioners (joint leaders) and Lieutenants will decide on promotions and demotions behind closed doors based on feedback from other players and from general experience playing themselves. I was in a free-aim crew of mature players on 360, and the ps4 version isn't the same without a solid crew. Be sure to check out the website and all that stuff we've developed. I hope once things are settled on PS4, we'll be doing some crew battles soon. -------------------- We're still open to more like minded free aimers, we actively encourage players to switch from assisted, and we enjoy testing out custom maps. Our current limit is set to 150 members (currently on 122 spread across both ps3 and ps4), we want to remain close knit and sometimes that makes it difficult for new players to join or feel part of the crew. Requirements: Aged 18+ Plays Free Aim or willing learn Plays all modes from racing, missions, to TDM and Captures. Not interested in any form of biker roleplay, is mature and respectful. Doesn't take the game too seriously. Headset preferred, but not essential. Enjoys playing good created content and testing out new stuff, creators are very welcome to join the crew.
