i woud put sertain unlocks even as far as 600 since thats kinda the border were some people here and there seem to be

beyond that you sometimes notice they have strange acount names sugesting that they glitched their way to there("donttrythisLOL", "trollingGTAO" and such)

also, as a level 400, because of such unlocks i have something to work for

that being said, no new armed vehicle shoud even not be rank unlocked lower then 200, since in every session i has been thats filled up , i have not seen someone close to that rank

like now i see again 9 people higher then level 120 in session

though i think every level shoud be able with the right amount of money to purchase something that can treathen a fighter jet or any other aircraft, like a stinger missile, sertainly if it only can fire if it locks on something(in that way freeroam is saved from an overusage of grenade launchers)

145 first character... 70 2nd character... haven't leveled since a month ago when all I did was RR grind. Now I have $8million LEGIT banked so I don't really even play anymore. Only the Hakouchu was worth a garage slot. Got it for both toons.

97 here. I really don't get how anybody has time to rank up to 200. I've been going since day 1, and I'm 100% legit. Still I'm only 97. I just want the trophy, and I'll have all those for online. Only missing Solid Gold Baby, Waste Management and Above The Law. Then I'll end my PS3 era with a shiny new GTA platinum, and move to PS4.
