Race car appreciation thread

I've done a lot of cars in GTA V and Online, but my favorite has become my Richard Petty Superbird. Cars like the Karin Intruder and Dinka Jester seem to make good race cars. Let's see what you've done.

As much as I like Superbirds and Charger Daytonas in real life, I'd never put that wing on the Phoenix.

 

Just because it has that type of spoiler doesn't mean it looks like either one. It just makes it look like a firebird with an out of place spoiler.

 

If they add that same spoiler as an option for the Dukes, that'd be another story because it's actually the right kind of car for it. If they even have sense enough to do that, I wonder if they'd know enough to have the Daytona's pointed front fascia as an additional "bumper"(?) option...

Okay, fine... ya big baby.

 

Early on, I had a Bullet that I loosely patterned after a Gulf-sponsored Ford GT / 60's GT-40.

(didn't go through the trouble of joining a crew that had the Gulf logo as its crew logo, but the colors were correct, at least.)

To be clear, I wasn't knocking your car. If you like it, that's great.

 

I just think it was ignorant of rockstar to put that option on the Phoenix when even the Sabre Turbo, while still unsuitable, would've been a far better candidate for it.

Well this is a thread about cars and those are cars and a lot of race cars have very flashy paint jobs and such. Everyone has the right to post pics of their vehicles IMO. You do not like them and that is fine, just ignore them then.
