This question comes back all the time. I go repeat myself:

 

First of all, do not sell Ballers or Fellon GT's. Sell gangsta Peyote's. An undamaged gangsta Peyote sells for 12900 gta$.

 

Spawn location of the yellow Peyote's:

 

 

The yellow Peyote's are heavily defended by the Vagos. But not when you nick one at 5-6 am.

 

 

Spawn location of the red Peyote's:

 

 

the red Peyote's are undefended and may also drive around in the near industrial complex area.

 

 

The green Peyote's spawn at night in Forum drive.

 

 

 

All gangsta Peyote's have a spare tire on the back. The trick is that you have to drive a gangsta Peyote yourself or they won't spawn. This can be initially a problem. I got the first Peyote by going to Blaine county and jack a rust bucket Peyote or Tornado and drive around with the car at night at Forum drive -> Grove Street -> Vagos. Eventually a gangsta Peyote will spawn. Save the first gangsta car and use it to spawn the ones you sell.

 

 

Easy mission which will earn 20700 gta$ max and takes one sniper bullet to complete on hard is Editor and Thief.

 

The trick is NOT to follow the gps but to go around the left side to the newspaper building. DO NOT CROSS the intersection or the editor will drive away. Get out of your car and snipe the editor from across the intersection. You may want to step on the terrace thing on your left to tower above the traffic. Once you cashed the briefcase, drive away to the north. There is a huge hole in the railing of the bridge over the freeway on your right as you drive north to Vinewood. Jump with your car through the hole on the free-way. On your right when you drive to the east on the free-way under the next bridge is another big hole. Drive into the hole to the tunnelling machines and wait there until your wanted level disappears.

 

Now go to the toilet and take a huge dump or do some other useful thing. Because now you have to wait. The longer you wait the more reward you get. The maximum I earned was 20700 gta$.

Back in the old days when I was broke all the time, I would load my garage with Ballers or Dubstas, and sell one as soon as I logged on.

Then I'd grab a helicopter and rob convenience stores on the North side of the map until my wanted level got too high, and then I'd quit and do a Survival match.

By the time the match was over, I'd be able to sell another Baller. Then I'd switch to my secondary character and do the same thing.

 

Baller 1: $9000

Convenience Stores: $5000-6000

Survival: $30,000 (was 20K back then)

Baller 2: $9000

 

 

Those, and the occasional Kill Lester Mission should net you around $50 with an hours worth of work. You can do Missions instead of Survival and probably net more cash.
