Two questions regarding cargrp.dat

Is there a map that shows where popcycle groups like FARMER spawn? I want to know where poor cars, average cars and rich cars spawn.

 

Also, is there a mod that lets me set where certain vehicles spawn, like cargrp.dat, but more detailed, for example letting a car spawn only in San Fierro. The game seems to be able to do this, but there is no option in cargrp to spawn the car only in a certain region.
