Since he's huge and most likely a very unhealthy eater, I can believe it. He probably broke his ankles trying to play basketball. The propaganda makers probably just want him out of the public eye so that the "mighty" Kim doesn't look ill or weak, and it's taking such a long time because North Korean doctors don't know how to treat diseases related to obesity. Why someone rich enough to eat healthily with a hired team of chefs who could make delicious meals, chooses to eat garbage food baffles me.
