Increasing difficulty of Jets with every update

I think all that rockstar needs to do (instead of making jets harder to acquire) is just make some sort or rocket launcher that can actually take down jets. I have no problem with using "Cops turn blind eye" in order to get one, my only problem is the kids who camp the sh*t out of their jets and just repeatedly rain explosive rounds down on defenseless players. All we have to fight back is either the heavy sniper or the minigun, and neither are very effective at getting the job done.

SO I have a new update. Just 5 minutes ago I was flying in a jet, noticed someone was trying to get one to take me out, so I fly over and kill him. accidentally fly directly OVER the base and get a 4-star + NPC jet instantly starts flinging rockets. After I evade the rockets I see the NPC creeping up on me, so I keep a steady upward turning motion so he cant shoot me with his guns. after my stars go away, he disappears.... or so I thought... no.. The f*cking bastard went completely INVISIBLE flung 1 more rocket at me and shot me down. I had no wanted level. this is getting ridiculous.
