Will the next gen loading be faster?

i really hate how when i try to enter a game it takes 2 minutes or so just to join. Then sometimes I'll join a job and it'll kick me to single player because of some error. Maybe its my connection. I don't know. But man this game is sloooooooow when you try to transition from one thing to the next. I really hope the next gen is a lot faster because this is awful.

It mostly likely is your connection but Nobody knows except R* but i am sure it will..

Here's a little tip not many people know about...

Sign out of PSN/XBOX before you load GTA V and watch how fast SP loads and then sign in and go online

Yeah maybe its my connection. Im not sure. But it drives me nuts of how I constantly get kicked off when trying to do something that should be simple.

I'll also try your tip when i boot up the game. That will probably save me a chunk of time by doing that. Thanks.

If you are using Wireless use an Ethernet Cord and hardwire you connection into your PS3 and your internet will boost

yeah i have wireless. the connection is so bi polar. some days it'll be great then others its terrible and i can't even sign on. I should probably just figure out a way to get a wired connection. wireless is just too inconsistent.

All you need to do is run an Ethernet Cord from your main internet bot/router to your PS3

Actually I have an xbox. Not a ps3. And the problem with using an ethernet cord is my xbox is upstairs on the 3rd floor while my modem/router is on the 1st floor. I would probably have to move my xbox or computer to a different spot in my house which kind of sucks because I like the set up the way it is currently.

Unless I could of course run something from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor lol. I don't know how I'd go about doing all that though.

You can get a powerline kit which uses your houses electrical cables to transfer your internet connection without having wires all over the place. You can add additional plugs if you want to.

This is the kit that I use: http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing-accessories/networking/power-line-networking/devolo-dlan-500-duo-starter-kit-21405974-pdt.html

You just plug them into a power socket and connect your router/modem to it with an ethernet cable. Then plug the other adapter into a socket near the devices you want to hardwire and you'll be ready to go. :)

1. Depending on the game. If Rockstar can use PS4/X1 power to the top level, then the loading will be pretty much the same.

2. For Online, depending on the Rockstar's server as well. I play other multiplayer games and GTAO wins the most failed loading.
