Weird message from Ron..

so I'm levelling up one of low level characters and when I level up I get a message from Ron telling me if I find anything illegal to take it to TPI...

 

what the heck is this aboot?

 

never had it before with my other characters as far as I mind....

Always wondered about this too. Tried taking coke from a Gerald mission to Trevor's trailer to see if anything would happen. Just a pointless text

Yeah, it seems it was a free roam activity left out from Online. Wished we could choose who to delive the crack/coke. I hate Gerald.

My guess is that Ron is just telling you in another way to play his missions lol or to find crate boxes, I think they can only spawn if you do a Ron mission to unlock that feature, could be wrong tho

That's what I figure... It kind of makes it like an online version of the collectible items like pigeons, drug packages etc were in other games. Would have been a neat touch to actually have say gang members drop packages if you popped them...

Would be cool, if you could take things of interest from contact missions and bring them to other contacts. Maybe spark a contact war. That'd be fine, let trevor and gerald kill each other, than i become my own contact, and do my own missions. Maybe I could assassinate Lester, Martin, and Ron while i'm at it.
