1. This is a game about criminals and being criminals.

2. This is not a RPG, like Fallout, where you had the option to slay absolutely everyone or not hurting a single soul to complete it.

 

So there is no reason for hating on it, unless you're a clinical idiot or a troll.

the point of the game IMO is to make money & level up. that's why FR kills don't count towards anything except KDR. it's a sandbox, not a battlefield. someone can make a character today & rank up to 120 doing missions, races, survivals, & parachuting without having to kill a single player.

 

it's a shame that FR is full on aggression mode. we could be having a lot more fun & be a lot more social if players actually played modes the way they we intended. it kills me that i get invoked in hour long shoot outs in FR & there's no reward, when we could have been in a DM/TDM getting cash/RP for our efforts. even if you only get paid 3k after a DM, it's better than the 3k+ you spend in FR doing the same thing.

 

IMO the guy in the article is playing the game more accurately then most.
