Cargobob in Pegasus still possible?

Is it still possible to have the Cargobob in your Pegasus vehicle list after patch 1.17? I really need it :l

 

If it is still possible can you please teach me how to do it?

I still have mine from a long time ago. Only way to buy it is lag switching

It was the perfect solution back when cargobobs didn't spawn naturally, no much need for it now unless you wan't convenience

I'm still waiting for the R* style punishment for getting it. Its one of the few minor things I have done in GTAO that bends the rules and with almost everything else there was backlash.
Not only has there been none for getting them, but those of us lucky enough to have got them, we still have them. I can't believe they didn't remove them at least, but I'm grateful for it. Much like the matt-pearl paint.

There is a reason why the chopper wasn't added to the shop list. The Cargobob could pickup key mission vehicles such as trucks that need to be delivered. The result? An insta-win without resistance
