Andrew98 Posted October 9, 2014 Share Posted October 9, 2014 My game is stuck on 99% and I have went through all of the side missions, hidden packages, rampages and unique stunt jumps and have done them all. I have used cheats, though. I have quite often used the health, armor, weapons, perfect traction and cars driving on water cheat. Could the cheats be stopping me from reaching 100%? Additionally, when I completed the RC race mission at the airport in Shoreside Vale, my percentage didn't increase at all. Was the percentage supposed to increase when I completed the RC mission? But I could be wrong. The percent for RC Races might not increase until you complete them ALL. But I believe each one increased the percentage... However, online, on numerous sites, it says it does. So to avoid any glitches to reach 100%, I simply don't use cheats, period. Never have, never will.
