Actually U cant play directly.But What U gonna do is U gonna take him to Hang out and take him near beach where there is Tennis Court.Then start firing at people around and for some moment you will be able to see all icons in map.Then stop firing and lose wanted level and one of Tennis Playing court will still remain on the Map. Remember U can play against Franklin as an opponent only.Try it with Lamar too.
