I like it just fine, my crew does a lot of off road stuff and we have fun with it because we're not tools. If you use the save editor, you can edit the Liberator for single player. Right now Franklin has a lime green liberator and Trevor's is hot pink. lol

All I really do in this game is f*ck around with the Liberator.

I've been calling in on both my Marshall and my Liberator, a lot lately.

I often forget that it's even there, much like the Crop Duster or the Airport Bus.

You're right though, it's just such a blast to just mess around with it in Free Roam, especially that it's nearly invincible against cops!

The only drag is when some toolbag comes along and blows it up. >sigh<

I didn't bought it, soon as I heard it was a Pegasus vehicle I knew I would regret it(like most of land vehicles in pegasus).

I sometimes feel that way about most of the Pegasus vehicles, especially The Dump and the Luxor Deluxe.

However, I agree to a point. I was really bummed out when I bought the Marshall, as I figured it would be store-able.

But, no.

Still, no regrets when I take stroll that American-styled puppy through town, rolling over a Low Rider or pouncing on a Panto, just for kicks! :)

I would remove it even if i get nothing in return. Its a worthless pile of crap. It looks like an awesome monster truck, but it has no mass, can't crush cars because of its beachball like wheels which bounce off everything as if they weight nothing.

Saints Row did this a sh*tload of times better.

It's the only Pegasus land vehicle I don't own, but after buying the Marshall (that I called for only once) it was clear that I had made a mistake. For the purpose of collecting I might get it if it returns...but I won't be heartbroken if it never makes an appearance again.

Funny, because it's true. Every word! Cheers! :)

Use passive mode, then use it to hump and smash people's cars when they leave them unattended by the helipad or outside a store.

Spectre "2K"

I bought it just because it was a monster truck, at the time that was new. Much happier that we can pick our country now, though. Not practical for anything whatsoever besides driving around Lago Zancudo. That's enough reason for me

I know you won't likely read this, but in the interest of being considerate to other members and moderators, I prefer not to start a whole new thread and discussion about a topic that is relevant to my current gameplay when a perfectly good thread, with loads of interesting and thoughtful replies, already exists. It's a conversation that doesn't need to end just because it's older.

I make no apology for "bumping" a relevant and worthwhile discussion that I had more to contribute to.

Unfortunately, mine and others contributions are far more interesting than a toolbag who chimes in just to be right and offer nothing to the conversation.

Get a nightlight, little boy.

As for my Liberator, despite other's regretting their decision to buy it, I'm really digging mine.

Tonight, I called on it three times, driving it down to the Weazel apartments and parking it outside, a sticky bomb thrown onto the backside.

Complete and utter entertainment ensued when every. single. time, someone stole it and I coiled with delight as a mile or so away, they blew apart like a nuclear piñata! :)

Well mine's just gathering dust, I called it once from the office to see if there was some animation getting out and riding it but nothing new happened.

I used to love just crashing into things but the Insurgent is way better for that these days!

Although, iirc, the Liberator is very good at climbing walls and trees, might just ride it today for the kicks!

I'm a patriot, through and through. I'd bleed red, white and blue for my country and gladly bleed out to protect the ideals for which it was formed.

But even I think that American flag liveries get pretty old really fast. My only real problem with it. That and the Marshall looks better. Though, money well spent, IMO.

Oh, only thing I don't like is that it's nigh impossible to backflip off a wall. Gravedigger did it. I wanna too. Probably stems from the same physics limitation that makes you instantly ragdoll off a bike if your wheels touch anything and you've exceeded the critical wheelie angle.

Fun running over traffic with it, its also very useful when being chased by players with it because you can take routes they cannot thanks to those big tires. They can climb over a lot of things normal cars can't, like I might climb over the railing of a bridge to land on the ground below and any would be pursuers would not know what to do.

Not very liberating, to be honest.

Disappointed I couldn't drive on water with it. Those big tires seemed like they could float.

I wish i had bought one for my second character to.

Seeing as it will be discounted, i'll be buying one for each character just in case it's not perma unlocked like Valentine's stuff..

It will not be available indefinitely.

"All of the original Independence Day Special content will be returning to GTA Online from this Friday July 1 all the way through Monday July 11th"

It's weird because like you said, Valentine's DLC is indefinite.

Waiting to buy it with my second char. It's fun driving around Lago Zancudo, climbing mountains, crossing rivers. (It does a mean wheelie in water btw)

Or you could have a fight with a friend head to head

Here's better question for this thread...Who has bought both the Marshall and Liberator?

Also, US vs Canada in the video. lol just had to say it.

I'd like to thank Rockstar for putting the Monster Trucks in the Peg concierge menu btw, a rare moment of 'oh they remembered the fun'.

One year ago we've got pretty good personal mayhem vehicle... Insurgent.

After this iron monster have been added, I quitted using The Liberator, just because it's tiring to visit Pagasasoo location.

Other than the obvious body difference, is there anything that separates the Liberator and the Marshall? I have 3 Marshalls (I paid for 1 of them - thanks Rockstar) so I don't see the point in me getting the Liberator, or am I missing something?
