Cargobob in Pegasus list

I wonder why of all things, the Cargobob hasn't been taken off those who glitched it in many many months ago?

 

It's still not purchasable on the website.

 

We're not just talking about a vehicle that you are not allowed (eg police car), but as far as the Cargobob is concerned, it makes jobs and free roam very different in as much as how big an advantage it gives you to have one.

I like that they haven't addressed it, love my cargobob.

 

They spawn at every heli spawn in FR randomly anyway so it hardly changes the dynamics of FR. very helpful in missions, though.

I do not understand why the Cargobob is not for sale on the site of the Military Vehicle!

And also, I have another point to note! Why there is no rope hanging under Cargobob to transport a vehicle? [As Tank or as submarine]

I believe someone once said rockstar said they couldnt remove items from pegasus

They just need to make it accessible to everyone. Turn off pegasus calls in missions that require you to steal one if that's a problem but I've heard that personal Cargobob's don't register when prompted to steal one so I don't know what the idea behind not having them online is.

To be completely frank, I am really bloody jealous of those who have em.. I'd pay real money for a cargo bob, no joke... But Im not gonna complain that those who have em should lose em.

And how does this affect you? It's just a Cargobob, not a Buzzard or Rhino Tank.

Those who glitched it had to pay GTA$180k+ even though it respawns infinitely on every helipad in the game for free.

They don't count when prompted to steal one, but if you actually steal one and then commit suicide (or just destroy/abandon the Cargobob) to lose the cops, you can call your own Cargobob to continue the mission.

Only reason a cargobob was useful us that helis spawned based on levels not random so after lvl 34 u couldnt get a cargobob only reason u have one

I had enough money and I knew of the glitch, bought car upgrades instead. I regret that so much and I too, am bloody jealous of those who were less stupid than me and bought it while they could. But I'm cool with you still having it, have your fun!

Love my cargobob. So useful for missions or just messing around in FR. They should just make it available for all to purchase though.

Some things in GTAO are not accessible to anyone and shouldnt be. Roosevelt, certain clothing, certain vehicles, the hammer etc. If youre lucky you have a special item, if not then too bad.

 

Cargobobs dont register in missions. You have to steal the appointed one.

 

TBH, I dont see the big issue here. Sure, if one likes to play around with a cargobob and some friends it might take a few minutes to find one and its more convenient to call for one, especially if there are some a-holes in the lobby (like me) shooting down their cargobob. Other than that its nothing special having one on Pegasus. I cant recall calling for one, samt thing as for the Stretch limousine, readily available in certain spots and not very useful.

I have 2, one on each character, it baffles me why it can't be purchased anymore, it's basically harmless , and spawns multiple places in free roam.

Glad I got mine while I did. Makes some of those "drive the boat to <destination>" missions so much more quicker and bearable.

Not sure if it's true or not, but there is apparently a lagswitch method for getting it. Otherwise, the "edit URL" glitch for the in-game internet was patched long ago, so it's no longer possible to do it that way.

When I got mine it was through what I thought was an Easter Egg (just changing the URL in-game) not a glitch. So -- on top of losing it for Wet Work and Boat inn The Bay etc --- I would be upset if they removed mine.

It was so fun when you could do impound work with Bob. So many chrome Adders thrown into the sea....

 

I like it how it makes some missions really easy, and can f*ck up some missions greatly such as American Exports and the Docks to stock missions.
