Does anyone know the music that plays at the introduction cutscene in give me liberity where catalina shoots claude during the bank robbery

Unfortunately I couldn't find any information about an artist, my assumption is that Rockstar composed it.

 

Either way, if you own a copy of the game, the audio is available in the audio folder.

Because of that stingy bastard Salvatore Leone... for whatever reason you have to cover all expenses for bombing the Cartels freight ship. You should have just about $100,000 to cover the expenses by the time you've hit that mission.

 

Fair point though. If crime really did pay that well, I'd be chauffeuring hookers all over town.

Even the earlier missions where you are literally just driving Misty you get like 1k. Unlike Vice City and San Andreas there wasn't a whole lot to spend money on, it just seems to burn your pockets.

There was a topic on this board somewhere according to which during GTA III there was an inflation. Even purchases are high, not just the awarded cash. ($1,000 / Pay'n'Spray visit, whereas in other GTAs, it is just $100).

My Multistorey Mayhem time got deleted from the stats. Is that a bug that happens in this game? My memory is a bit rusty. I remember doing this mission twice on accident in my 100% in one sitting run. I know I've completed it because I can skip the intro cutscene now.

Did you use the method involving the info pickup to obtain the Enforcer for the crane? If you use a Taxi for it instead of an Ambulance, the game will remove the Multistorey Mayhem time from the stats. It's the only case I'm aware of where the stat gets removed but it's possible that there are other causes too.

 

It's simple to fix by editing the save. It appears that the game just zeroes out the time in the stats section of the save file and it doesn't appear in the stats menu because the value is 0, which it'd only otherwise be if the mission hadn't been completed. The time is still stored elsewhere in the save though so can be recovered. If you were interested in having it fixed that way I could do it for you if you sent over a save, or send you something that'd help you do it yourself :^:

I don't use the ambulance for those types of glitches because I recall the other side missions being more buggy than Taxi, at least in some circumstances. I either completely forgot about this bug or I didn't even know about it lol.

Yeah, and there are many glitches where using an Ambulance or other Emergency Vehicle will crash the game. I've never had an issue with the Ambulance for this particular glitch though so I assume it's always safe to use and preferable because it doesn't cause the stats issue, but if using a Taxi it's just worth keeping that stats issue in mind so you could get the Enforcer before doing Multistorey Mayhem to prevent it.

That makes sense. I went back to doing 100% runs and forgot how that Enforcer glitch worked until after I completed Multistorey Mayhem. I couldn't remember how to glitch the busted tutorial but then I realized that these markers are probably interrupted by the ON_MISSION state check.

There were plans to make him speak originally, but I think the there was a lack of communication (the irony) between the teams. So some teams of DMA/R* produced scripts and apparently 1 scene of him speaking in a gameplay video using a GTA 2 recording, but it never fully took off.

 

As far as we know, he never spoke in the game, but was intended to, at least initially.

According to the recently released "in-depth" video about the early GTA3 design document purchased by GTASeries Videos, there is some truth to this.

bit of a noob question here..

 

what physical copies of GTA3 on PC are considered “1.00”? all of them? or just the “big box” variation. It doesn’t matter much since the game is wide spread digitally, and I can downgrade through patching. However, I’m simply asking for collecting purposes :)

I don't think there was ever a PC version revision. There was a 1.1 patch, but no copies shipped with it, pre-installed or not.

Then you can write there already what happens, whether any error message comes, blackscreen, bluescreen or the game simply closes.

 

Do you have other mods installed?
Did the game work before the mod installation?
and so on :)

Does anyone know which store the price tag is from?

Is it a used game seller or something?

Since it's stuck on the cardboard, I'm guessing that it's not the original price tag,

because that would certainly have been stuck to the foil.

Because main.scm doesn't make it damage/collision proof, although it is made bullet, explosion and fire proof. Those immunity properties are applied separately.

 

You can use the car crusher glitch to add the damage proof property to the Cheetah, just store the ghost car in your garage, here's a video for it:

Are you playing the mobile version? The video has a separate guidance for the 10th year anniversary edition (timestamp: 1:20), the alternative method is to use a mission-scripted passenger.

Hi, can anyone please help me, when I replace "handling.cfg" (file that modifies car physics) the game crashes when I'm at certain places of the map. Here's a screenshot of the error...

I saw some solutions on YouTube but they did not work, because everyone's has different address number on the error message...
