SA and CTW aren't there, Weird.

The website is probably in need of an update.

They mentioned them on their Facebook Page though: https://www.facebook.com/War-Drum-Studios-127406327275082/timeline/

Hi guys, i have a question about game version, i've downloaded GTA III 2 CD (pirate) version, i thought its gonna be clean close to retail copy, but the game installed already with 1.1 patch (or at least it shows in menu), is it ok or actual retail version comes only with 1.0? And do i still need to patch?

Discussion of Piracy is not allowed here on GTAForums, as stated in the Official Forum Rules.

  • No Warez Posting links to, requesting or discussing illegally obtained or pirated materials; such as games, software or other media

Problems that you have previously encountered is likely down to the fact your game is pirated. You will have to either buy the game legitimately, or find help elsewhere.

What manufacturer is the Yardie Lobo from?

It isn't stated anywhere. But I guess it could be possibly made by Albany.

I'd say it would be manufactured by Declasse instead, as the Lobo is based off a Chevrolet Impala (5th Generation). Albany would be based off Cadillac.

That's what I thought too. Wasn't sure though. Declasse it is. Thanks.

Hey guys, i'm considering to buy GTA III, because pirate versions are sh*t, but i dont know which one would be good, steam version or digital copy from rockstar site, i heard that steam version is bad for modding? And does anybody know something about digital copy, i mean you buy it, download and if you lost your files you have to buy the game again?

Why places like saint marks don't have street light? Is the real usa like that too? I never been to usa so i don't know.

I have this question since 2001 :D

They probably just use stop signs or something, which of course you can't see because it's f*cking GTA 3 and stop signs aren't a thing in GTA 3.

Maybe they got tired of replacing them because drivers like Claude kept knocking them over.

Hi all,

Am just clearing out my attic and have found a copy of the Soundtrack Sampler White. A quick look online looks like this might be worth some money. Does anyone know what this sells for?

Depending on the condition, you could probably get a good $100 - $150 from it

Hi, I'd like to know How can you install Grand Theft Auto 3 on Mac?

Using a Windows emulator. Or switching to Windows ;)

JK lol, I think you can just install it from Steam, unfortunately you can't install it from a CD AFAIK

Why is it that The Game FM is just under 16 minutes in duration, but it feels less repetitive than all the radio stations in V?

shots fired

My real question is if anyone knows anything about the Stinger's front bumper being damaged on the PS2 version. All of them seem to spawn with a dented, deformed bumper next to the right front wheel. Is there any way to fix that, or is it a glitch on the PS2 version?

Here's a picture for reference: (not mine)

Sounds to me like a Modeling Error on Rockstars Part.

No it didn't, you have to download map from R* site.

Its because GTA III is the direct sequel to GTA II and it was on a brand new engine. Vice City and San Andreas were both created on the same engine as GTA III. So even though they are full games, along with LCS and VCS (regardless of platform) they are not direct sequels to GTA III. I am sure that's also why GTA IV is the direct sequel to III, while TLaD and BoGT are not direct sequels to IV like V is.

Nah nah nah Gta 6

Naming games after the city it takes place wasn't really a thing untill GTA Vice city.

The GTA games that have numbers in their names usually are the titles that completely overhaul the gameplay, since GTA Vice city and San andreas had very similar gameplay, they weren't called GTA 4 or GTA 5.
