I don't know that it spawns. I think you have to buy it. At least I know you CAN buy it and I've never seen one spawned anywhere.

I was thinking that. In my time of playing GTA5 online I've never seen one. I've seen SeaNanners driving one but he probably purchased one. I heard you could but I was unsure.

They can be found at Davis Quartz (mining site) during the day, and it can be bought from Warstock Cache & Carry for $1,000,000.

Don't buy it, it's a huge waste of money and ridiculous for it's price. 1 Million for a f*cking dump truck? You can find one instead.

That, and it's no more resistant to projectiles and explosives than your average Futo.

 

I drove over a car with it, it exploded, and so did my Dump Truck with it. It needs a buff. A very very significant buff.
