Tips on making a good LTS?

So in my time I have created two semi successful maps (funny cat videos 69, Outside bar brawl) and I want to create decent LTS..

 

Any tips? Anyone mind sharing their creations so I can get an idea? Thanks.

I actually haven't made a decent one myself... yet.

Here's a wee quick one I made just to see how the LTS works, still needs a good editing!

 

Concentrate

Need to somehow space it out more, as the loading times usually last longer than the rounds!
