This thing keeps happening when I join LTS where I get put on a team with 1 other person and the other team has like 6 players. It's really frustrating, why does this happen?

What is (was) the setting for Team Balancing? If it's off (no team balancing), then you can do that "legitimately"; either try and stay away from those missions (quit) or shift to the more numerous team.

If it's on, then I'm guessing modders/hackers, but that's something I've never heard of them doing...

In that case I am assuming team balancing must be turned off, I have never heard of that before. That is such a weird feature... I wonder why they have that as an option.

but it's kinda annoying since they always spam rockets :(
