Slap sound ID?

Hi there,

 

I would like to know if it's possible to change the slap sound you get when you slap a player (as admin) on a server (I am not sure if all servers use this, but the one I'm admin on does.), I searched for slap sound ID and I've found many different results, some say 63 and some say 80, etc, anyways I wanted to see for myself so I just unpacked audio files and I found the one I'm exactly looking for.. in BANK_137, IDs are 81 80 79, the thing is.. I tried to replace those with the .wav slap I want to install (It's hilarious ^^) using ModLoader (had no problem using other sounds w/ it.) but it's just not working.. I am beginning to think that it's the server, not my game.. that somehow the server plays the sound? (that is so dumb I know) or the SLAP sound ID is different in SA:MP? (That's dumb for me aswell, because the ones I've heard sound EXACTLY the same as the sound I hear when I use /slap).. I'm pretty confused on how I could get it to work.. so if anyone could help.. I'd really appreciate it
