FR reset

So Rockstars been tweaking. The game. At the behest of vocal whiners.It kinda bugs me. The first was tanks. They didn't have to pay PV insurance after the tweak. Then more vocal whining. It seems a tweak comes with every update. Icons, tail rotors, off the radar announcements.

I would like to go back to the original GTAO. They can keep all the added items. Just remove the tweaks.

I'm probably in the minority on this. What you say GTAF?

The only thing I'm against is the Off-Radar notification. Everything else is welcome imo.

Well considering the original GTAO didn't work on launch... no thanks.

 

They're free updates so of course they're not going to be perfect, probably wouldn't be even if they weren't free. This is the first major experiment online like this for a console game, the developers are new to this too. There's things that piss me off, but if I can I just ignore them. We all payed $150 for a game. We got a good soloplayer campaign and the online far exceeds what we'd ever get from any other game value wise. I'm happy with GTAO.

They've made quite a few improvements with these tweaks, too. I don't want them to reset them all, though some should be IMO

That announcement almost entirely defeats the purpose of OTR - what is the goddamned point of going stealthy if the fact you did it gets announced to the entire server?!?

lol - I'd actually forgotten about Heists. I let that pipe dream go months back. We're never getting them, and R* prays every night that we'll let it go.

Yes but now that the tanks are made of paper mache' it's almost impossible to survive in a tank for more than a few minutes especially when you are trying to take down another tank that is causing problems in the session.

 

Last night a tank was griefing players in a session so i got my tank out to take his out and i managed to take it out he shot me once before he died but within two minutes of me blowing him up my tank is dead just by running over cars.

 

I liked that they nerfed the tank but they nerfed it too much

I am Rank 338, have access to every Weapon, a Tank, Buzzard can Steal a Jet (and have millions to use Blind Eye if I want) so if these changes were to affect me so much I felt like they all needed be undone, I should just quit playing as I have everything so it will always remain a level playing field for me...

 

Anyone else in this boat (so probably everyone over Rank 120) obviously just wants to grief people if they have a big problem with the changes.

No, the most overpowered thing in GTA0 was Passive Mode, so it had to be nerfed. Some players were actually using passive mode to have fun. That cannot be allowed.

They should have just added the icon from the start and left the armor alone.

At the very least, either a reduction in fire-rate and/or turret rotation speed would have be fine.
