Elder Maxson
I'm not sure if there's a topic for this already, but I'm gonna start this. What would be a cool mission idea for Online that you would like Rockstar to make? If you can, feel free which character do you think should assign the mission. MY IDEAS- 1- For Lester, you and your team have to attack a military convoy before it reaches Fort Zancudo and hijack a tank and drive it back to a safehouse. 2- For Trevor, you and your team have to hijack a Taco Van being used by the Lost as a mobile meth dealership. 3- For Martin, you and your team have to rescue Patricia (his wife) from some kidnappers and drive her back to Martin's house 4- For Simeon- you and your team have to hijack a truck carrying a car transporter and drive it back to the car dealership. 5-For Gerald- you and your team have to break up (yet another) drug deal, but by the dam outside of Los Santos (haven't seen a mission in single or multiplayer involving that place) Now, it's your turn to post your cool mission ideas below. PhoGarrett
How about this? A mission that shows for you after hitting rank 120. It has no contact, just a blank avatar. The blank avatar instructs you to murder Gerald and Simeon, and after completing the mission you never get contact missions from Gerald & Simeon ever again. Because f*ck Gerald and Simeon. Quarthon
I think a great mission would be if you could get a bunch of people together and rob a bank or a casino. Ummm.. wait... forget it. Maya Echo Visari, bearer22 and jazzbone

RajunKjun
Martin- "Hooker Traffic" Some clients of mine are requesting some extra help. Pick up some hookers and deliver them to the dock for transporting overseas. Watch out for the pimps who might not take kindly to stealing their mules. Ok...I don't write good descriptions...kidnap hookers and stuff them in a sea can at the dock while avoiding their gangster pimp handlers. Maya Echo Visari
As much as I'd love to go indept with something like this, just to make sure the bandwidth is crying for a TL:DR version, Honestly I'd just prefer something a bit more.. hands on. Such as a mode being implemented so that players can create missions using the content creator. Now, that probably won't happen, but our consoles are definitely capable, - I would probably spend 50% of my time playing GTAV just in that mode. I'd stop crying about the mythical co-op missions, (Heists), I'd stop crying about the AI, the money nerfs, everything. 'Pretty much all my beef in this game would subside if I could ever touch base with a Mission Creator. As a counter to farming, missions will only pay if they're verified. I want more cutscenes. I understand that cutscenes take an awful lot of work to make, (mocaps, coding, programming, look, I get it) - But the highlight of a GTA game, (to me) are the cutscenes, and it would definitely make things less mundane if we could get more cutscenes to enjoy at the end of (each) mission. I'm NOT asking for all of the missions to have beginning cutscenes, (boy, wouldn't that be nice?) but missions would feel like less of a grind if we could see our characters interact more with the various characters in the game. For instance, there is one cutscene with Lester, and throughout your online experience, you will never see him again. That bites! Lester is an awesome character, and now he just becomes a voice in your ear. What kind of picture does that paint? It sounds like his presentation was half-assed, and that isn't right. Why can't there be a cutscene at the end of a mission such as 'Bust Out'? - Lester can roll out, (or just appear), with his cane at the warehouse, and he'll say a few choice words, (or maybe he'll have a conversation with your voiceless character to foreshadow some of the events that may unfold in GTAO). Hell, he could even be Rockstar's hidden voice to elaborate on the ever-so-forgotten Heists mode, I mean, that is what he is, essentially, right? The instant he told me to buy an apartment for prepping, I did without hesitation. Online shouldn't just be a tasteless grind. It should be an experience. And the beautiful cutscenes they produce are they're crowning gems. It's what makes their games. ...And why doesn't Franklin have any canon appearances? I understand that he's a protagonist, but so is Trevor. Why isn't Steve Haines or Dave Norton, or Agent Sanchez intercepting our moves and providing missions considering we keep hitting the FIB like there's no tomorrow? Gaps, gaps and more gaps. luisniko
I have missions idea that R* will definitely approve. >> Seafoam Rumble (Martin) My informant just called. He said the FIB and Merryweather are having transaction at the ocean. Assault Merryweather and stop them from meeting the FIB. Then, go to Paleto Bay and steal the boat carrying the document. Expect some heavy armed backup on the way. Oh, and don't kill the FIB. Just dodge their bullets. Simple as that. Player: 4 Winning condition: Boat delivered Losing condition: an FIB is killed; Boat is destroyed; Out of lives; Spotting a backup helicopter spawning >> Gun Trader Assault (Simeon) One of my client turned out to be a gun smuggler. He's rich, but he never pay! Can you hurry up and repo his car? He's currently at the east coast. Just drive and find him somewhere around the beach. He's currently awaiting for his shipment. Oh should I tell you that he likes RPG? And please don't dent the car, OK my friend? Player: 2 Winning condition: Panto delivered Losing condition: Panto is damaged; Panto is destroyed; Out of lives; Killing enemy before hitting the yellow marker >> Wanking Wankers (Trevor) Why can't we all just be friends? I don't like competition! The Lost, The Aztecas, the everything! There's some gangster called Ballas, CGF, and Vagos somewhere in Los Santos, I heard. I want you to find and kill them all! QUICK! And take it like real man! Face to face!! Player: 2 Winning condition: Lost, Aztecas, Rednecks, CGF, Ballas, Vagos targets are killed under 3 minutes Losing condition: Failed to kill them all under 3 minutes; Out of lives; Killing enemy with buzzard, tank, RPG, Grenade Launcher, grenade, sticky bomb, or sniper. jazzbone
A new contact from Los Santos Police would offer missions to help fight crime in a very under cover vigilante manner. The first mission would be to collect hookers for the police commissioner's party. The mission is timed and at least 8 hookers are needed and vehicles are limited to no more than 4 passengers. Bonus pay is received for each extra hooker delivered in the allowed time.

GG14876
Just a few ideas... Storm the Ship/Bomb Da Base # (1~?)Chain of missions that see you assaulting the various ships around the Port of LS. Mostly it's you going against Merryweather and their importation of weapons/vehicles, though sometimes it's a drug boat (re: Vice City) or humans (re: SA) being brought in by gangs. Depending on the cargo and mission boss, either destroy the cargo or deliver it to them. Merryweather: Martin or Lester. Drugs: Gerald, Lamar, Trevor or Martin. Cars: Simeon or Lamar. Humans: Martin or Lester. Espresso 2 Go!Just like the one in GTA III, a tight time limit and heavily armed guards (grenade launchers, auto-shotguns, combat MGs) limit your effectiveness in taking out some hipster roadside stands selling SPANK. Would work as a Trevor mission. "Hipsters are marketing some mix of meth and coke, THAT'S MY IDEA! I WAS GOING TO CALL IT SPANK! KILL THEM ALL! Oh, and the military is enforcing a really restrictive no-fly limit... Ron seems to have spooked them." You can't use any aircraft (no-fly zone starting at 0/ground elevation). Yes, just getting into an aircraft will trigger the response. Roadside stands are immune to crash damage and sniper rounds. Only non-sniper scope weapons or explosives (or flames, if they implement more...) can damage the stands. Decoy #Like the GTA III mission (love that game!), you need to gain and then hold a 3~5(6) star wanted level while in a certain vehicle for some time. Vehicle used will be much more resistant to damage (~500% armor), BP tires/windows (only if unbroken), high tuning but will be in a "crappy" class, such as Vans, Utilities or Trucks. Harder missions will require you to stay in one general area and/or not break contact with cops (flashing stars) and/or not shoot them... Hardest would be something like: "Take this Airtug, go to the military base and stay there, get 5 stars, hold for 10 min, reset timer when they lose sight of you, don't shoot anyone." Either Martin or Lester for this style. Collection/Protection #Hit up several stores for payment or make them learn that it pays to pay. If collection, then rival gangs appear to take the money (and reduce your earnings) If extortion, the store owners fight back and the longer you fight, the lower the reward. Martin mission, though Gerald may work... Could also work in reverse; defend properties against rival gangs out for protection money. jazzbone
jazzbone
Two Drunks In A Trunk: Simeon mission where we are requested to rescue 2 drunk friends of Simeon that are not aware of a hit placed on them. These drunk friends,Kneeko and Roaming are found drunk and staggering around outside a bar in Paleto Bay. Simeon advised to hide them in the trunk for the long ride to safety at his auto dealership. The loud singing of the drunk friends tip off the assassins causing a long drive with heavy pursuit back to Simeon's dealership, and all while Simeon's drunk friends sing old Dean Martin songs. 1-4 players Edited October 10, 2014 by jazzbone Maya Echo Visari and Phantomspirit
