A player named Floodedbus8 became my target by dieing sixteen times by my character. Replacing a guy who attacked me in the early days of GTA Online and died fifteen times as result. That and my arch enemy was a friend that I allowed to kill me twenty nine times to help her level up and earn a few awards. I think I have about 20 or so days, and I haven't purchased one either. I guess if I ever did get into a habit of getting them I'd feel ashamed lol, even worse if somebody took a gander at my stats. On bad days you crack open the jack or other bottles and make an ass out of yourself on a forum laugh about later. My point is don't worry about how much time you logged as long as you atleast enjoyed it. I'm 29 btw been there done that with all the life business 16 hour days on the skateboard in my early 20s bar hoppin on campus. I agree, and the less you stop caring about how much you play, and the less you care about what people think of that, the more fun you'll start having. I'd say if anyone is worried about how much someone else is playing a game, they'd better start investigating themselves. Primarily, their insecurities. Marriage does not = sex any time you please you have to pay for it with money time little pieces of your soul and dignity plenty of buddies went down that road a few of them ended up having every aspect of their existence dictated by their women for most people thats fine and well worth it but we are not all the same are we? As for genetic legacy i don't feel right about bringing a kid into our currently overpopulated world when everythings going to hell in a handbasket. Why not just let the ones of us who are fine with that leave the space for those of you who are not and lets put the judgement to rest. I've been playing since last October and have o/a level of 355,2avatars,would be higher ,but played other games, still love getting on ,in both senses.....ps I've been playing everyday 1-3hrs per day,,since October on this game... What kinda life do you have, where its slows down at that age? Im 44 and havent slowed down, even a little. Hell I didnt even really start with life, until after 30!! By that time I had lived in 7 states and been 2 4 countries and still didnt feel as if I was living enough! I picked up guitar at 31 and now play in a metal band, still have the long hair and still never have enough time for everything. As someone else pointed out though, you have kids and stuff you find yourself watching TV more and I hate TV. Prefer to interact with what I am watching, plus I get eye hand practice, critical thinking, etc. In fact, gaming plays a big part in keeping me young. Members of my active crew battled another crew in free roam, and I was killed by them twenty one times, but my killed by players stat went up by forty two. Who knows how long or often it's gone two-for-one on me. Smh at R* screwing that stat up more than tank and jet trolls, being ambushed and ambushing other players while in or leaving stores.
