Can other people see what tattoos your character has? I was scrolling through people whilst waiting for a race and realised it was only showing blurs on their arms, is this the case all the time?

It's blurred because herp console limitations derp. Maybe it'll be fixed on next gen..

I assure you, sir, that if it isn't rectified, there won't be a PC playerbase.

 

I didn't spend the money for all the junk in my trunk to have blurry textures! :barf:

The blurriness does just look messy, hope that gets worked out. But what really grinds my gears about tattoos is the chest crew tattoo still doesn't stick, have to constantly reapply it every hour or so if u want it on there. I'm assuming I'm not the only one with this issue.
