So idk if you guys forgotten or just didn't know but the hakuchou and innovation were DLC in TLAD. So my question is why weren't these two initially already in the game like the other TLAD vehicles same goes for the Rhapsody.

Oh and why couldn't they have added the hakuchou custom or double T custom 😕

They hold back content to keep updates interesting.

And the Hakuchou custom was a special vehicle for a character.

ah, you're one of those kind of kids. You're so cool, the way you type. I wish I could be as cool as you.

What do you mean? I just chose to type that way because it's nearly 4am where i live and not because i'm some "cool kid" because im a bit tired.

Yeah but they added the innovation and that's Billy Grey's bike by LCC same goes for Johnny's character.

Well, it's impossible to know any of Rockstar's design decisions just by speculating, but my theory is that they could only program / code a certain number if vehicles within the timeframe of GTA5's release schedule. They made a selection of vehicles using a variety of old and new cars, distributed fairly between the various classes, and these were the vehicles available at launch. Now they're combing their backlog of vehicles which couldn't launch with the game and are releasing them as DLC to keep the community happy and to keep up a constant sale if cash cards.

Any paid-for DLC will probably expand the game world (Las Venturas, San Fierro etc) and introduce new SP characters I reckon.

I played it on PC, so I don't know.

But if you mean Hakuchou and Innovation were added to TLAD through a patch, then you're just confusing yourself with the term.

TLAD = DLC for GTAIV. It's optional for you to purchase.

Hakuchou & Innovation = Update for TLAD. It's compulsory to update your game.

And content inside a patch is nothing new. It's very normal. They do this so piracy players won't get full experience of the game.

Uhm, yes they can. Except without the online part, they still can pirate updates and whatnot.

What i meant was why not have the gta iv dlc already included on gta v like some of the others. Too bad R* hasn't released a big car DLC, probably for current gen though. Maybe a retro car pack DLC?

Because instead of just being forced to download an update every month, Rockstar courteously includes an extra car or two, clothes, maybe a gun, to give you more incentive to hop back into the game.

For free.

So it doesn't matter what cars are DLC and what cars aren't. If you're asking that question, where the hell is the Stallion, which has been in every GTA game except for GTA 2?

True. Like i said i just wanted some of you're thoughts on this. And how could they leave a GTA OG like the stallion out? Didn't even realise it until i played the old GTA a few weeks ago.

Valid Point.

I will stand behind my first point and say that "They hold back content to keep updates interesting".

I hope they return all the vehicles from GTA 4,TLAD and TBOGT in future DLCs.There were some really cool cars and bikes there.

Great observation. We know single player DLC is coming, but whether or not it will involve land mass additions is purely speculative at this point. With those releases, I'm sure there will also be an entirely new influx of vehicles, radio songs, interiors and characters.

I'm assuming most consumers will be more inclined to purchase games digitally in the future, which means there's an endless amount of space provided to make those additions. They may even be able to expand beyond their means with two Blu-ray discs if needed for consumers who still buy physical copies. Both next-gen systems are equipped with Blu-Ray drives.
