Weazel Plaza and Eclipse Towers. The Eclipse one is for if I ever need cash, I can just sell it and downgrade to a more cozy apt and have lots of extra cash

Thanks to my old deleted character's bank account, my new character just moved into:

 

Apartment: 0115 Bay City Avenue (6 car)

Garage: 120 Murrieta Heights (10 car)

 

Sadly I somehow got lumped with all my old character's vehicles so I don't get to fill the apartment+garage with fresh new cars until I figure out how to get rid of them. Too much useless vehicles I don't want taking up space but keep reappearing when I try to ditch them. Wish they added the ability to remove vehicles from garages with the vehicle management/rearrangement. And thinking of moving everything out to the sticks, but I like being near the beach!

I was going to trade in the 6 car apt (Royal) for the 500k at Eclipse Towers, but it does not show up on the website..........did rockstar remove it?????

Nope. Sadly you can't.

Yes, you absolutely can. Make sure the garage is full. Go outside and call your car from storage. When mechanic delivers it, drive it into the garage and the game will prompt you to choose a car from the garage to put Into storage

 

Omg really!!! That would mean I will have to buy a 10 car house, fill up the remaining spaces then downgrade, which I am totally prepared to do.....awesome....

Yes, but it goes without saying that you should buy the cheapest 10-car garage (not house) if you plan on downgrading.

 

I must stress, however. Once you downgrade you CAN flip cars back and forth between your 6-car garage and your 4-car storage BUT THE GARAGE MUST BE FULL when you drive the car from storage into the garage. If there is an empty spot, the car from storage will simply drive right in and you will lose the storage spot. You will be left with only 9 spots. To re-gain the 10th you'd have to re-purchase a 10-car property and fill the 10th spot, then downgrade again. The easiest thing to do if you don't have 10 cars picked out is to fill the remaining spots with free Elegies.

Two apartments. My first one is at Del Perro Heights, which is a wonderful location. The neighbors are friendly (not once have I ever gotten into a conflict with any fellow residents outside the building), the location is pretty good, the front entrance and garage are tactically located on opposite sides of the building (should there be any campers outside).

Second one is at the Bay City Avenue apartment building. I really like the outside location, has a Miami-ish theme to it. It's also located near the docks and helipads, so I have very quick access to boats and helicopters that way. The entrance is located on a front porch, so I there's some decent cover up there should anyone be waiting outside.

I've been at Alta Street since I could afford a high end apartment. Since October 2013. Maybe I'll throw a 1 year anniversary party.
