Hello all. I'm looking to role play. However, I'm all for realistic role playing so that things don't just break into firefights between law enforcement and criminals.

I'll be creating scenarios on team last man standing and free mode in order to facilitate objectives and career choices.

I'm looking for Patrol officers, civilians, and criminals.

 

Must have a microphone.

Agency/Law Enforcement Rules:

No Killing Civilians! Period!
If while in the act of apprehending a resisting or fleeing criminal you manage to cause property damage or harm a civilian you are covered by the agency. HOWEVER, you must try and AVOID harming civilians when doing so. Being an agent is not a license to do as you wish. We don't need cowboys in the agency.

No killing criminals UNLESS they perform an act which places an officer or civilian in harms way.

if a criminal is observed with a melee weapon, an agent must give loud verbal commands to put the weapon away before placing the criminal under arrest. If the criminal refuses to put weapon away and advances toward agent, the agent may discharge his weapon in order to preserve his safety or that of others.

If the criminal is observed with a firearm, an officer may open fire immediately if the possibility exist that the criminal can cause him physical harm.

A vehicle is considered a deadly weapon if operated in a manner that is dangerous to agents or civilians.

If a criminal surrenders. He will be under your custody. You must then instruct him to enter and remain in your agency vehicle until there sentence is served.

 

***Vehicles allowed: Mark or unmark cruisers. No armored police vehicles. (May change in the future).

 

***Police Uniform required.

 

Agent ranks:

Patrol Man:
Weapon- Baton, Combat Pistol

Emergency Response Team:
Weapon- Combat Pistol, Carbine Assault Riffle

Sergeant:
Weapon- Baton, Combat Pistol, Combat Shotgun
Perk- Radar Access (Dispatch Supervisor)

Criminal Rules:

Criminals are free to do as they wish in the game. Want to murder, destroy property, steal, and participate in all the vices of San Andreas? Then this is the class for you! HOWEVER, break the law and the agency will be after you. Being arrested means you are under police custody for in game time, depending on the severity of the crime (Until end of round in playing LMS). Being killed by police means having to restart your rank as a common criminal as well. Although not restricted by the same policies as agents, the resources afforded to criminals are poor and not very sophisticated. Good Luck!

Penalties:

If arrested you must remain with arresting agent unless transported to jail where the penalty must be serve before being allowed into the RP.

Property Damage- 5 minutes
GTA- 10 Minutes
Arson (Fire or explosions) 10 minutes
Assault- 10 minutes
Murder - 15 Minutes
Death- 5 minutes and Rank demotion.

 

***No personal vehicles/No super vehicles/No comercial vehicles***

 

***No clothing restrictions (NO police uniform).

Weapon- Knife

Career criminal
Weapons- Knife, Pistol

Drug Dealer:
Weapons- Pistol, SMG UZI

Gang Boss:
Weapon- Knife, Pistol, SMG MP5 variant
Perk- Radar on ( Paid look out)

Civilians are not assigned ranks:

 

Civilians will provide transport and delivery for other players.

 

Civilians and Agents share party chat room.

 

Criminals must remain in their own party chat room.

Slime5555 has currently 1 point after ranking up to Career criminal and then being wasted by police in a hot pursuit.

 

ayeRUB was by far the most menacing criminal, causing agents to go on several high speed chases, and foot chases. Although he managed to reach Career criminal status, he pushed his luck and was wasted in terrible car wreck that exploded. He has 1 point.

 

Ugh managed to reach Career criminal before being shot by police after a gun fight. He sits a at 0 points.

 

Champ joined for a while and actually got several points, but was shot during a foot pursuit where he killed an agent.

 

Lord performed exceptionally well while in the field, making 3 arrest. He was the best agent on the field. 3 points for him.

 

Psycho joined late but contributed other agents during numerous foot chases and shootouts. No points for him, but he shows the makings of a great agent.

 

Sabretooth managed 2 arrest while taking part in dozens of foot chases, and no shootouts. He also assisted other agents in policy and procedure. 2 points.

Rule updates:

 

The Police station is a crime free zone. No criminal activity in or immediately outside the police station!

 

For smaller games. The penalty will be between 5 - 10 minutes.

 

After an arrest, , agents must return to the station for staging.
