Uhh... Last time I checked, #16 is there. The color is below/around Copper or Bronze...

What's the difference between #12 and #15? Aren't they the same?

What would be a "Hidden Headlamp"(#10)? Ones that can be "retracted" into the hood?

#19: What? You want dedicated tracks for drifting? Why not dedicated NASCAR, Le Mans, Nuremberg or whatever as well? Just add a duplicate of the current landmass, remove everything (buildings, signs...) and pave over the terrain; giant race track in 1/10th the time it would take for all the other dedicated tracks...

#3, #17, #20 seem to be the same general thing as well... Different headlight colors/styles.

 

Though, I must ask, why not just play a dedicated racing game (I think there's a new one just out) instead of requesting a bunch of changes that, to a good chunk of the players, will never really be "thrilled" over?

 

Oh, and good luck if you plan on submitting it to R*...

Where the customization aspect is seriously lacking in is in the wheels department.

 

-Not enough variety (too many plain 5 spoke or mesh options)

-No Chrome finish, Polished Aluminum, Brushed etc..

-No staggered fitment

 

Wheels are more important then paint when deciding what look you want for a custom vehicle.

I miss the ability to get out of cop cars and leave the lights running without the siren, and get out of any car and leave the engine running and or headlights on. GTAIV had this stuff, and it sucks that it's missing. The ability to lift trucks would be tight too.

- Pop hood without glitching

- Raise suspension for offroad vehicles

- Increase top speed when modifying engine

- Change engine sound to reflect performance mods

- Leave vehicle running with headlights/tail lights on after player has exited the vehicle

 

These are the points that come to my mind. It would also be nice to be able to take a snapmatic of a vehicle without having to get out and use the cellphone. Apparently in Rockstar's world nobody has ever crouched to get low angle shots with their cameras.

Actually 2 people mentioned chrome a 3rd saying it just stresses how much its needed.

There is a way to leave your lights and engine on. Shoot your gun, and quickly get in your car. As soon as it starts, get out. Use a silenced weapon or punch at the air so you don't attract cops.

It's a racing style within it's genre...it doesn't work for squat in actual racing.
