Did Rockstar quietly add these stranded motorists in an update, or have they been there all along, and are just extremely rare? Have you seen them? I can't check because I don't have my PS3 copy any more. I know they added the riot van at the sandy shores police station {at least in online} so its very possible little things were added. I'll have to spend some time today in SP and look around. The place I see them the most is on Route 68 just west of the prison, they spawn there every time I drive by (day time hours), but there are other spots too. Has smoke coming out bonnet. It's not a scene or encounter etc, just two randoms. I shot them both in the back of the head. But OT, i've never seen any of these before. I found this pic in the "Cool things you didn't know about" thread: That guy on the floor, completely vulnerable, is way too tempting for a four-wheeled vehicle tearing down a highway. - During any random day mostly around afternoon you can spot a mechanic fixing a broken down car at the eastern end of Route 68 near the prision. And on Reddit, someone said that after the big 1.17 update, these vehicles now spawn in Paleto Bay (I think they spawned in other places but it's new for Paleto Bay). Too bad they can't be saved though. But hopefully Rockstar continues to patch in new things and easter eggs like this. It will be fun to look out for these hidden surprises!
