lastnight i was doing the trevor mission where you have to destroy enemy vehicles and gas tanks and capture their drugs.

me and another player where at the farm where have to destroy their gas tanks etc.

when all of a sudden an npc drives onto the farm in a car and runs me down.

I make it a point to first kill, then blow up any npc car who even does so much as cuts me off or goes to turn without a turn signal.

 

You must make an example of these people. Ill even chase them down to no end whether in a mission or fr. Ive had friends ask me where the f*ck im going as I peel off into the horizon like a madman.

They must be dealt with. I swear the game code takes note of this.

 

Got sick of sentinel guy running me over so I started hunting him down and killing him everytime I saw him. He now drives past me and doesnt hit me anymore.

That's happened to me before. The most annoying thing is they seem to cut you up more when your chasing npc's or players and when your trying to get away from someone.

Yes they can be utter bastards, which is why I relish crashing into them at high speed in my Entity. Dubsta 6x6, Sandking & monster truck etc.

 

It is funny when you're stuck at a train crossing point waiting for the train to go and there's a bunch of NPC drivers also waiting, simply fire a single shot in their direction and watch them all try to drive away in fear and crash into the train...

but also take into consideration every unarmed civilian npc in range is gonna freak out when guns are blazing and they either exit their car or give full gass and drive as fast as posible, not realy caring if they hit you or not

i've had them cut me off and call me an "asshole".

and i've had them pull hit and runs on my pv's, i would give chase and ram them off the road or shoot at them.

We can all be assholes sometimes. You don't know what that NPC has been through that day. After a long day of work, maybe he just wanted to take the scenic way home. He took the old farm road but his damn breaks gave out on his crappy old car. Think of what he now has to deal with after running you down! The guilt and shame will undoubtedly lead to therapy, self hate, spousal abuse and an early stress related death. And you're worried about failing a mission?!

I mostly ride bikes now in FR, either my daoman or the sh!zu and NPC drivers constantly keep you on your toes! Their completely mad!

 

My favourite npc driver moment is when one turned right across me at a junction, where he then got out of the car and started hurling abuse at me! and turned hostile.. lol.. I then flung my arm in a gesture as to say "wtf? are you having me on pal?" Knocking my red hot cup of coffee into my lap, while im fighting 3rd degree scalding this guy is beating the crap outa my guy, once he finished with me he drove off like nothing had happened lol.....a game has never made me feel abused before lol

The NPCs have gotten worse in the past few months. They're apesh*t. Now it's like they are all the goddamn Sentinel guy.

 

It seems like I always spawn on the opposite of the freeway from my PV, and it's like a f*cking game of Frogger trying to get to the other side. I get hit about half the time, and killed about one third of the time.

 

EDIT: Plus, of course, the usual random lane changes and left turns in front of me when I am going max speed. They have been doing that forever, but maybe it's getting worse, too.

You come to a point with an NPC driver where you are both head on and cant go anywhere. I reverse try and make some room and as soon as I move backwards they just keep edging forwards like imbeciles!

I love this about gtav, crossing a highway on foot is damn scary lol
