how rare is the matt black merryweather mesa?

a couple of days ago i sent merryweather mercs after a random player, so i could get one of their mesa's.

i got one that is matt black and it has all of the gear, how rare is it?

In that case he can't be the Sential driver for he is not in a Sentinal.

 

He's an unusual and aggressive NPC that is not hesitant to attack you and run you over. We call just call him the Sentinel driver, considering it's the most common car he drives.

Not rare at all. Not worthy of a garage spot. Even fully modded it's a worthless off road vehicle. The snorkel is just for show and it will die when water gets to the engine bay. If the snorkel was functional then it would be bad ass.
