If you want to become a part of a group like The Connection, or Andolini Mafia Family, then you must be an outstanding member and you must also be respectful and responsible. It's how it's done most of the times, but very often people apply on their own, so anyone can try and apply for any gang. Will they get accepted depends, but can't hurt to try.
