no top speed

What do you mean "Top Speed"?

If you're talking about Online, it has speeds capped due to "console limitations"/don't want people complaining about hitting objects that haven't loaded yet. So that Adder will hit close to the same speed as other Super Cars, ~150mph, instead of the 250mph you can reach in SP.

Nah it was like maybe half normal speed. I.e. my entity barely passing in the city. It fixed after completely restarting console. One of which hard froze my console trying to rejoin online. Oh well, it's fixed now. I just wish I knew the cause. Also my buzzard flew fine and I didn't try driving non pov's from street
