They never said they wouldn't patch harmless glitches.

I'm still incredibly pissed that the old hat and mask glitch was patched.

 

What kind of harm can this bring?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that next gen will have a lot more options for paint (at the very least) for cars. It was never meant to work this way in current gen. Basically they are taking our toys away to make us go next gen to get our toys back. Yes I know, crude analogy, but it makes sense to me.

I saw this coming. Guarantee they'll leave glaring flaws in current-gen and then advertise next-gen GTA Online by saying "Join GTA Online on the PS4 today. Passive Mode is back to normal and Bad Sport for blowing up cars is gone".

Just a way to get people to upgrade. They know what they're doing.

maybe patching this trivial sh*t cuts down 10,000 stupid emails a day.

if your enjoyment of the game is based on the color of your car, you are an idiot & should not reproduce.

Basically that's not what this person was getting at, they were saying Rockstar never stated they WOULDN'T patch harmless glitches, they were just open to keeping them in the game, never stated that they would not patch them. Until Rockstar says "We will not patch glitches that are harmless or aren't causing any negative impact to the game" then they are open to do whatever they please with any glitch.
