MehdiFR Posted October 5, 2014 Share Posted October 5, 2014 OK, so, I downloded the 1.0.4.0 Patch and when I try to run Grand Theft Auto IV, it says "RSGC.exe cannot be launched! RGSC (RockStar Games Social Club) has to be present and has to be launched, so that the game can be launched.". Also, when I try to launch it via the Folder, it says that I need MSVCR100.DLL... I assume you downgraded the game from Patch 1.0.7.0 to 1.0.4.0. You can download RGSC from here. To fix the missing msvcr100.dll error, download the zip-file file, extract it and then, add it in C:\Windows\System32 and in GTAIV's directory.
