Well, my Graphics Card is a NVIDIA 8600 GTS with 1493 MB, I cannot play Grand Theft Auto IV on the Medium Settings or the High Settings, I can only play it on the Low Settings, which is quite annoying. So, what is wrong, with my Graphics Card? Well, its due to poor optimization. Nothing you can do about it. Even the most strongest PC out there, can't handle the game at a constant 60fps. My advice.
