my second character is my walking talking bank. Lives at home never leaves and keeps a very large wad of cash in their pockets for safekeeping for the 1st character. You can't trust banks you know. Keep your money with you or at least with a trusted second character lol

It gives players with lower standards an argument to use against players with high standards when they complain that R* is sandbagging the game for not reason.

Of course, some players use it because they want to have both genders in the game, but that's an exploit because it's not why the feature was created in the first place.

 

R* put it in so fanboys would get their backs when confronted with the restrictive nature of the game. Buying, modding and playing with as many cars as possible is just too fun, so what do you do if you want a taste of what GTAO should've been?

Some guys prefer to look at a female character for hours on end, while other guys who are mostly insecure or gay prefer to go with the norm and look at a male characters body for hours on end. These insecure players are usually just teens and obviously insecure about playing as a female character in case their friends criticise them. As for the older players in their 20's and beyond who prefer to look at a male characters body, well I always just presume they are gay or bisexual.

Insecurity? I can almost smell it through the screen when I see people having this grand hypothesis of how people must be either that or gay, wanting to "look at a male character's ass for hours." I, for one, get more satisfaction when being shot at, saying "Run Musey (me), run!" Or "Big Muse blew your head off" in the lower left corner. Who gives a sh*t who you play as? Right now I've decided to put ALL classic cars on my alt account and keep the other ones on my main. I have the Capone car on my alt so it makes sense to align it with all classic cars. Plus, you can sell a car even after having sold one on another, same goes for armored trucks spawning.

For me it started out that I wanted to do the sell two vehicles on each character trick, then i just wanted more cars so thats why i have two.

And Rockstar added a fifth slot, so we can't be doing this wrong LOL

I use mine as a backup, of sorts. One is ranked about 230 and the other about 170.

 

Last year I lost my first (and at the time, only) character to the "console freeze clusterf*ck". I had to create a second character to play with while R* "worked around the clock" to fix this "known issue", where launching into character froze the console to the point of needing a hard reset. Aaaanyway after 3 months of waiting and reading automated e-mails, from the ironically named Support Team, I gave up. Gave Slot 1 a decent burial complete with wake at the VU(it's what he would've wanted).

 

Now my characters are a backup to each other, in expectation of another R* genocide.

 

Also it gives you the extra garages for stuff and things.

EXACTLY. And i've seen some suspect looking male characters online wearing make up and all kinds of weird sh*t. And theres a HUGE double standard by some with females not being gay for playing as a guy but guys are gay for playing as a female in either this game or other lead games like FF XIII, Tomb raider, Metriod, and etc. The whole gay argument just comes down to people not thinking before they speak and making asses out of themselves in the process.

I've used a second character to restart after a while away from the game, but that's about it. I don't like picking up where I left off so I'll make a new character to start playing again, then perhaps I'll continue on with my old/first character or eventually delete him in favour of the new one. Don't have any interest (or see any point, personally) in having two active characters, though.

Liking the same sex makes you gay. I'm so tired of people referring to others as gay or doing something gay. It doesn't offend me I just think it's a lack of wit and laziness on the person's part.

 

Sure, playing as a female character can be weird, I don't use one for that reason but I have friends who have female characters and just play the game rather than role play.

 

 

NOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW if you wanna talk about weird, when I played Star Wars Galaxies there was this female Jedi, one of the very first people to reach it and was female. FOr the longest the server thought it was a real female and idiots would give her money until it turned out being some fat 40 year-old dude...literally, named Arteous. That sorta stuff is creepy but the men who drool over female characters are just as dumb.

See theres nothing wrong if your not constantly focused on how hot she is every second you play and just like you said are more focused on just playing the game. Yeah there are some pretty sick f*ckers out there that like to lure unsuspecting male gamers into gifting them all kinds of things and flirting with them and the guy who 100% believes that its a legit chick behind the character is the true sucker. I know until i hear a voice to never assume that ANY chick character is a real girl just like not every guy character is a dude either(some girls like to use male characters). Heck I've got six characters right now... 1x lvl 186-odds, 1x lvl 50-odds, 2x lvl 20-odds, a lvl 15-odds and a lvl 5-odds..

 

Thing is, I'm finding my lower level characters so much more fun to play with... and given what the new weapons are like, it's actually quite fun to give higher levels surprises..

 

not quite the same level of shock, but last night had to endure the cypress flats LTS as first to three with a level 3 on my team and up against two level 28s...

My second character is currently being used as my Adder bond storage facility which houses 20 upgraded adders in 2 high end apartments, that's approximately 14 Million GTA$ which Rockstar can't touch:

 

 

The second garage is the same except the Adders are Black instead or white.
