Wtf rockstar why isnt there a shirt in every crate drop?

It's only the "Special" crate drops, not the normal ones. I haven't seen any crate drops in months of playing, so consider yourself lucky to just find a normal one.

Delivering rare items in special crate drops is monumentally stupid IMHO, their drop rate is so low you practically have to spend every waking minute online in freeroam to even catch one.

It's good cause it rewards the dedicated players and not everyone will have it, hence it being "special".

I thought the same way until the game glitched and gave me virtually all the special items from the independance DLC in one second for no apparent reason:

No, annoying is waiting 20 minutes for it to drop and it drops right next to a guy that pretty much only been in the session for two minutes.

No, annoying is waiting 20 minutes for it to drop and it drops right next to a guy that pretty much only been in the session for two minutes.

Also annoying is picking up an aircraft ready for the crate and thanks to 1.17 finding yourself in an instant dogfight with a K/D whore in a Lazer.
