Rockstar doesn't hate their customers. You are going way off base,Two times in a row. I wanted to have my online character function like it does in sp. Not in online, Just solo rampage in the sp setting. Forced wipeout, tazers, Maybe even do the side missions that I would otherwise gloss over, As I found trevor, Michael and franklin to be terrible characters to play as. But hey, Rockstar hate us, It happens.... But speaking of glitches, Could it be that the mp to sp glitch, Wasnt a glitch to begin with? Its been happening since launch, And newer patches seem to uncover new ways of doing it. Maybe it was intended to have our avatars participate in sp activities. It wouldnt be out of the realm of possibility to say rockstar hadnt considered what I had described during development, It couldve been one of the many things on the chopping block during development or before online launched. Things like this happened before. I look to destiny as a recent example, As You can glitch your way into cut content. This sp to mp glitch could be a remnant of an old feature. S0lo Posted October 7, 2014 Share Posted October 7, 2014 I want to bring a car over from Online into story mode, I have wanted to since day one, I want to find the HEX codes for the Crew Emblem and Crew Colors, then we could figure out some pretty cool stuff with them, but I have to first get one the Online PVs into Story Mode and store it. There was a glitch way back at the beginning but by the time I found out about it it had been patched, and I've been screwed every since. from my understanding, the crew emblem has no HEX code, but is a cloud based item. i very much doubt you'd be able to do what you want. the crew color on the other hand, and it's position in the code, is long known and is what the save editor uses to create custom colors. Relative007 Posted October 7, 2014 Share Posted October 7, 2014 It is more likely that this Glitch has arisen as a result of the coding added to allow you to Join a Random Job from the Loading Screen as opposed to errant coding left by R* as a result of some ill-forgotten venture to allow you to use your MP character in SP. That said, there is SP to MP connectivity everywhere. For example, after I Join MP I can still see a text from Marnie sent in SP giving me a Hint where to find the first hidden Epsilon Tract. It's annoying to read it like that, is far from easily quotable and becomes a wall of text faster than when you write normally. We have people write in huge fonts, color, and now this? Anyway.... I see people asking if you can access vehicles, Pegasus, etc., but you can't. It's simply just some sort of glitch where the SP character, whether it's Michael, Trevor or Franklin, inadvertently gets switched with your Online avatar. LL Cool L Posted December 3, 2014 Share Posted December 3, 2014 took me bloody ages to find this thread but it FINALLY happened to me last night... didnt have time to visit everywhere tho ... Franklin aunty's room Franklin's room and Franklin's mansion the game crashed when you die tho, its just cool to be able to visit the interiors, and pause them game fully like single player you cant pick up have zero cash and can't pick up dropped cash.... I also tried to go into that club in vinewood from sp you have go to with trevor while doing them celebrity missions, the door opened but it kept falling under the map, guess that interior is only rendered for that mission.
