First time logging in in over a month - I lost two of my four beer hat

Hey guys! I took a long hiatus (Destiny, you know!) from GTA online and now i just logged back in. I had spent HOURS collecting the four beer hats I had collected from special crates earlier this summer and, now, I only have two!! WHAT!?

 

It appears I lost my Patriot and Pisswasser hats and only kept my Supawet and Benedict hats...

 

Has this happened to anyone? will it resolve itself, can I resolve it?

Yes, It happened to me. Just go to a clothing store and select the ones you're missing, they will appear again in your hats inventory and wardrobe. It's free, of course, to select them again.

yes, over time stats like driving, flying, stealth, etc etc would decrease.

Yes, but they decrease slowly. I was gone for two months and they decreased 1 bar at the most.

I didn't know the stats decreased, but I think that's a good idea.

I've been gone so long online now that I think my character will be an absolute weakling when I play the NG version.

All 4 of my beer hats vanished!

 

AARRRGGHH!!! SOMEONE STOLE THEM!!!

 

 

It's happened before, the way I got them back was to delete the relevant DLC and get my Xbox to re-download it, I'll try that later. It's annoying the DLC content is glitched like this, the R* logo on my special red tshirt often vanishes too, I have to go to a clothes store or my apartment closet to view a different shirt and it'll reappear.

They don't do anything. I'm saying there are no other beer hats besides the limited edition ones so they were actually worth earning or glitching for.

Beer Hats are over-rated OP, they don't even add much to the game besides just being there.

I just wished that sucking the beer out of the hats would be a special animation for your online character then maybe I would of considered searching for more after collecting one.

I tried deleting the independence DLC and re-downloading it to try and get my beer hats back, but they didn't return.

 

But went to a clothes store and picked them back up again. Thanks GTAVArtem013.
