Special Crate With No One Else in The Lobby

I was in a public lobby with three other people when a special crate in 10 hours notification came up. I quickly got my Besra and went to the skys and miraculously they left so I was waiting for it for 20 minutes and it finally dropped with no one else in the lobby. That was a lot easier than I expected. Now I am done with GTA until the next update.

The only problem with this is that your session split/timed-out. I haven't been able to figure out how to cause this to happen at will yet. Anyone try the switch to second char, play a few missions, restart console, switch to main char thing? This gave me beer hats, I'm wondering if it will work with the fist shirt?

From what I read on here the beer hat glitch might be patched.
