t13241122 Posted October 5, 2014 Share Posted October 5, 2014 HI, I just bought the GTA4 in STEAM. the the play is really good(when I control NIko), it may around 60 fps. but during the cut-scenes. the game drop the drops into 4 fps really. My CPU is i74930 @4G, GPU is GTX970. The memory is 32GB. I should be work for this game. This game is confusing me about this issue so please help to solve that. thanks.
