A Bank

I posted this a few minutes ago, but it got removed. Really curious now, that could've just been a bug though so if this topic also gets removed I won't post it again

 

I got into a bank. I'm not sure what it's called, but it's on the big street in vinewood where the tank spawns and the fancy cinema is.

 

Is this new in 1.17, did I just miss it before (come to think of it I've never tried getting inside this building before), or are there hackers in my session?

 

It's really detailed for something that isn't used in online or story. It has really nice lighting, working ATM's, and a map that shows up when you're inside like regular interiors. There weren't any NPC's in it when I found it (maybe someone else killed all of them) which makes me think it isn't supposed to be here.
