My BF Injection suddenly lost all of it's Rust!

It's a not rusty anymore. It's perfectly metallic clean. And I like it even more.

Nah, its been in the game like that. I had th same thing happend to me, it only affects you and no one else can see it. If you match some types of colors you get that type of paint

This point does raise an issue though.. rust should be a paint scheme on it's own. That way we can have the choice of a clean voodoo or rusty one....etc.

 

It would apply to any car you like.

LOL i'd be pulling out my hair if rust was an option after spending years trying to keep rust away on my real jeeps. Damn salt.

I prefer my injection metallic black with race green pearlsecent Rusty and faded so it looks like I pulled it out of the swamp.

 

that said I wish you could change the wheels on it but lower it a lot more to have less wheel gap.

It's still rusty, just with a shiny top coat over it. You have just masked the rust. The rust is still visible especially on the fenders.

That Lightning in the los Santos custom at the bridge is different and let colors show differently. if you love it even more like you say? im sure you still have it... take a picture outside LSC with your "non" rusted injection. Im looking forward to see them..

Well the LSC in the first pic has a light bar directly above the car where the LSC in the second pic does not.

The difference here is "lighting"

 

Nothing has changed.

It all depends on the paint job whether or not the rust is more apparent or not. How I know this? I own a chromed-out Bodhi. If you put certain matte colors on the Bodhi or any rusty vehicle the rust will be less apparent. Also as someone else mentioned, the lighting makes all the difference.

Simply buy another BF Injection, agree that the Original is covered in Rust then Respray the 2nd BF Injection exactly the same. Place each next to each other in the Garage, then take a photo of them. Switch the positions (to see the lighting effects) and take another photo. Then see if there is a difference.

No it does not. Both versions are (were) rusty.

Starting to ask myself the point of this. You people think that I'm making this up, that I'm trying to trick you into something fake.

 

The vehicle was rusty before. It was bought legit. It wasn't brought in from single player. It wasn't modded. It wasn't save edited as the wheels were applied through a LSC glitch where people applied custom wheels to dune buggies and Sanchezes. The Antenna version was also rusty before.

 

I made this thread to show you how it changed in the recent patch and all I'm getting is acquisitions that it's fake. For the 4th and final time. The vehicle's metallic paint job changed on it's own from a rusty metallic black to a clean metallic black. End of story. This is getting ridiculous.

Those ARE true comparisons. Deny it all you want, but those are two injections, side by side, same exact paint jobs and everything. What more proof do you need? Do you need our buddy dumbasslive come and make a video for you to believe it? I wouldn't be damn ed if you did. This is going for everyone here. Not just the quoted person.

The texture of rust is very faint, it's still there - slightly, but it is apparent that it is mostly hidden/removed. Completely different look (almost like from the picture on SAA), which I dig.

Yes, you can justify there is some rust still there, but a significant amount is gone. Plus the injection looks better without it imo.
