He was the CEO in chief of Rockstar games during GTA 3 development, so yes, he will make it better than this rushed mod...

Well, im not into position to say this. But i heard sergiu or somebody elese that there's gonna be a trailer. (AFAIK)

Also, what's up with the team? We saw no almost new things for about a week, so i guess that might mean something! :p

Well the mod's supposed to be released in 3 days, so they're probably doing a lot of last minute work.

One thing that'd be great is if we could somehow talk to The Benz. Since he got fired from Rockstar North, he'd may be open to answering questions. (I like how if you type in his name is changes it to "The Benz".)

Well, maybe he's not allowed to talk to these things. I mean, afterall, he just got fired from R*, but that doesn't mean he can actually speak about company stuff.

Also, contacting him might be useless, since he doesn't really respond to messages, just like all R* employees (not all of them but you get the point)

I don't wanna sound harsh, but that guy it's practically a millionare, do you think he's gonna speak with a few R* fans from nowhere?

That would be cool, still, but possibilties of this happening are very low, imo.

I meant like stuff he could talk about, just not stuff that they say anything about. I know a person in the HL2 beta community were able to talk to a retired developer. That's what made me think of this. I know it has a very slim chance of happening.

Alright people, I have some bad news.

 

Been waiting for Jago to prep up some development shots but he's been busy so I'm just gonna post this update myself. We'll have to delay the mod 5 more days, sadly.

 

Last minute work takes a while and more members of the team have requested 5 more days. That means the 25th.

I'm really sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it's probably for the best. School and real life jobs got in the way of the planned release date. :(

 

Anyways, we have a status on the trailer, it's happening. Jago and SOBB are just wrapping their work up so we can hand over the stuff to the media guys.

It's not that, delaying just sucks for you guys and for us, too.

 

We just want to get it out the door so we can focus on our jobs/school for a while and you guys are itching to play it as well. I understand if you'd like to tear me a new one. :p

 

In all fairness, Mr. Jago is the backbone of the mod right now, a lot of content from him. However, he got a job and needed to focus. I also started school and stopped doing cars with SOBB altogether recently.
