I love this mod so far but it's a shame that I don't know it so much and I have a question:
Will you guys work on other islands too ?

Yes. Staunton is planned but is not a priority until we are done with Portland.

 

Till then, there'll be minor changes in Staunton.

i honestly doubt it, 10 years is an event where you can have another cash grab, but 15? nah.

Anything new around here? It's really exciting that you guys are gonna release this soon.

Yeah, a lot of stuff has been completed in the last week including audio, particles, 3 cars fixed and some other subtle tweaks. Very small, subtle but interesting and time consuming nonetheless.

 

We'll post previews as soon as we can showcase larger areas.

We haven't tackled that yet but we'll sure as hell have to think about it one we do the West Port Bridge which had two bridge supports - that means bigger distance between islands.

In the past you guys considered making an android version It's still in the works or something or have you guys dropped that idea? Honestly, i find it pretty useless imo.

However, a Mac port is still a possibility through Wine, most likely.

No. We'll keep the vanilla theme song along with a restyled intro that uses red fonts and slides from the preview intro which were cut.

U-Jerk, Esparanto, Pony, Coach, Bus, Luton, Stallion, Space, Hachura, Ariant, Sentinal, Beamer, Taxi, Cop Car, CA Taxi/Cop Car, Garbage Truck, SWAT Van, Dyablo, Banshee, Buggy, Airtrain, Train, Hum Vee, Army Truck, Rumpo, Firetruck, Armored Truck and Ice Cream Truck will all be featured in the first release of the mod.

 

Ambulance and Rocket are a maybe (?).

Two years in the making and 3 completely rehashed mods later...

 

It should be somewhat impressive after that long and even so, there are many things to handle. We are starting to consider delaying the release by a week or two to make everything shine.
