PS4's and Xbox Ones are not selling great right now. Both companies are having to give out free games with a console, re-adjust the price and many more things just to sell them.

 

Not everyone can just buy a new console, especially one on the closer end to $500, once you buy games, Mics, ect.

The reason Microsoft is doing a lot of bundle deals with free games is so they can catch up with the PS4. Technically, both consoles are selling out of this world for their first year on the market, especially the PS4.

It does nearly cost $500. If not $500, it's close. When I bought my Xbox One, with the games I got (2 Games), it was $473. My PS4, was $492. Also, Microsoft doesn't need to catch up with Sony because Microsoft is leading the sells in Current-Gen Consoles.

 

So, before you make a reply like that, you should check your facts.

If Rockstar rebuilt/overhauled all the Police/Emergency Vehicle liveries in the game then I might, if not then my final answer is no. I am quoting myself here;

 

Id like them to rebuild from the ground up every police vehicle livery;

 

1. No more fugly POLICE liveries, the Bravado Buffalo PPV, Vapid Torero PI and Declasse Burrito PT should have the same livery set up that the Vapid Stanier has (enforce consistency).

2. Add additional police vehicles sporting Blaine County Sheriffs Department/Office liveries. The LSSD should not be patrolling Blaine County.

3. Make the existing Sheriffs Cruiser a black and white car (all white cars are reservist units).

4. Make the Police Enforcer (Riot) a single agency vehicle. Why does it have L.S.P.D. and a NOOSE logo and 'National Office Of Security Enforcement' markings on it?

5. Change the names of the FIB Buffalo and FIB Granger to Unmarked Police Buffalo/Granger. Why would NOOSE officers be using another agencies vehicle?

6. Implement San Andreas Highway Patrol liveries for a set of vehicles including the Vapid Stanier Police Cruiser, Bravado PPV and Declasse Granger PPV and the WMC Sovereign Police Bike. About the bike I have said this;

 

I have examined the textures of all of the law enforcement peds in the game and those officers seen with the bikes actually have "Los Santos Highway Patrol" on their shoulder patches. Additionally the bikes have no SAHP decals on the bikes. What is present is the LSPD logo, the "Survive and Obey" slogan and that fugly "POLICE" text on the rear pannier.

Which leads me to my next point about inconsistencies with police uniforms in game;

 

1. Why are the female LSPD police officers wearing lighter coloured/shaded uniforms compared to their male counterparts.

2. I have already addressed this point in the first sentence in my quote.

3. Have female officers spawn with their male colleagues whilst on patrol and including in missions.

4. Re-texture NOOSE 'SWAT' Officers with LSPD SWAT markings. Have NOOSE officers come after you in missions.

 

Which leads me to my final point;

 

 

1. Reduce the over the top police response which has for me and others become a game breaker.

Having accurate liveries is something that matters for many players including myself.

I think it's great that R* is releasing GTA for Current Gen, but they do honestly need to work more with their Biggest Audience, The Last Gen users.

Not everyone can just buy a new console, especially one on the closer end to $500, once you buy games, Mics, ect.

Secondly, R* needs to work on fixing GTA Online, before releasing the game for PS4/XBO. As stated by southparkmayor in an earlier post, you have to grind missions just to pay for the simplest things like your Mechanic, House Bill, MMI (Because People Don't Always Pay When They Blow Up Your Car). The only way you can actually buy a car, or something nice is by buying a Shark Card.

And to all those people saying "Go Ahead And Miss Out On The Fun...", I Will & I Gladly Will! I'm not going to spend $60.00 on a game that probably will have more problems then GTA For Xbox 360 and PS3.

I bought Scarface: The World Is Yours twice.

 

I don't know about you all but that game was awesome.

Hell yes it was, Scarface: The World is Yours was such an underrated open world game. I really wished the developers would have updated the game for the 360 and PS3.

OT = Yes, I'm going to purchase it twice. I've already payed the PS4 version off. I bought GTA4 twice for the 360 and PS3. I downloaded TBOGT and TLAD for the 360, and purchased the disc version for the PS3. Purchased GTA3, Vice City, and San Andreas for the PS2, than turned around and bought the GTA 3D Triple Pack for the original XBOX.

I don't see the problem with buying a game you like, or anything you like twice if you enjoy it, or have the extra money to spare.

I'm buying it regardless anyways just to see what the fuss is about next gen is about and see if R* really deliver a better experience and see if they actually put a lot more in the game for a better GTA offline and online experience, Wanna see if this game is back to life.

I was watching E3 live on June 9th, and the moment Sony started playing the GTA V trailer, it was a confirmed purchase.

 

I feel bad for the people who are purposely going to miss out on all the new additions, just to be edgy and try to prove a point. Lol.

 

In all actuality, despite their perceived flaws of the game, most of those people are just as excited as we are and can't wait to get it. Some peeps just want attention on da internetz, that's all.

 

Not everyone can afford to buy a new $400-500 console and not everyone wishes to pay $60 for a new game every time it comes out on a new system with content that was supposed to be in the previous versions as well. These are common marketing practices which you, the consumers, are supporting when you go out and buy the same products (with a little bit of extra content) for the same price.

 

Now, before you start raging at me, I'm not judging anyone. It's your money, you decide how you'll spend it. But don't be surprised when the next installments of GTA will feature less and less content for more and more money, then start selling DLC exclusives like Mass Effect, or expansion packs like EA does with their Sims series. Maybe throw you a free DLC now and again to keep you from complaining how they're ripping you off....

 

OT: No, I still wouldn't buy the "new" GTA V.
