SeaWallTx
Okay, this is for ANYONE that cannot see pictures that are posted on/from the R☆SC Snapmatic Photo Album on your PC: Simple Test: Can you see the pic below? If you can, then you don't need to be here, lol. If NOT, then continue, read on... ▶The reason you CANNOT see these pictures is a simple one, you cheated, YOU CHEATERS, lol ▶At one time you tried to(or did) make modded lobbies for GTA Online, and to do so you had to edit you HOST File on your PC ▶Well this is very easy to fix, it turns out at one time you edited your HOST file and added "http://prod.cloud.rockstargames.com" to it ▶So this means it is looking for the pictures on your PC, as if your PC was the server, this is why you were able to make your own lobbies, or at least edit some of the parameters ▶To remedy this all you need to do is simply go back and edit your HOST file again ▶On PCs(IDK about MACs) you must go to "My Computer">"C:/">"System32">"Drivers">"Etc" and find "Host", ▶Now double click the file itself and it will ask you what program you wish to open the file with, use Notepad or wordpad, or whatever your prefer, ▶Then just remove "http://prod.cloud.rockstargames.com" from the file and click file in the top left corner and choose "Save". ▶If is says you CANNOT save because you do not have full permission, it can be simply remedied, just watch the video below; "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMPumrWKc1U" ▶Now once you have removed "http://prod.cloud.rockstargames.com" from the "Host" file and saved it, you are done! ▶Then simply close the file, and go to the the R☆SC Snapmatic Photo Album and make sure that it is working, but I'm sure it will be, it worked for me R☆SC Snapmatic Photo Album:"http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/snapmatic/myphotos" ▶Enjoy! There will be NO MORE of this;(Below) Source:"http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/threads/download-backup-your-snapmatic-photos.1141253/page-2#post-9553043" My Snapmatic Photos: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The Above tutorial is concluded, and below this RED line are 2 tutorials to download all of your Snapmatic Photos in 1 zip file, the second of which will add all of your pictures to the complete collection of player photos to be placed on the map of San Andreas, as in the pic linked here:"http://postimg.org/image/5gj0x0z3z/". ▷How I got all of my Snapmatic Photos, all in one zip file: (2 Methods) Well before I found out how to fix the problem, with the ABOVE solution, I was able to find a website that allows you to download all of your Snapmatic Photos in 1 zip file, ▷So, All you have to do is click the link below:"http://snapmatic.at.brian.jp/"▷Wait for the website to load, ▷Then enter your R☆ Social Club Username(NOT YOUR PSNID/GAMERTAG)This message will pop-up "Fetching your Snapmatic Pictures." ▷Wait for the ZIP file to be ready, it can take awhile, especially if you have a full Album.(@96/96) Once it finishes the "Download" box will now appear, ▷Click the "Download Box" and you will be asked to save the file to a folder click on the folder you created/have and then the zip file will save. ▷After the files are downloaded you will go to the folder where you saved the zip file in ▷Now open up the folder you saved and enjoy your backup Snapmatic photosAnd you can check out my Snapmatic Photos above this tutorial as proof that it works. Source:"http://snapmatic.at.brian.jp/" - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Now here is a second site that does the same thing, "http://grandtheftdata.com/snapmatic/" Only it has a few other additions, About the Snapmatic Photo Map & Backup Utility Snapmatic is the iFruit camera app. This website adds two missing features: Photo Map. Snapmatic stores geodata for each photo — but it doesn't have something like Google Maps with a photo overlay. Here it is. It may not have your photos yet, but whenever you make a backup, it automatically adds them to the map. Backup Utility. Cloud storage is a major pain, especially when it's limited to 96 photos. To save them on your own computer, you have to manually download 96 images named "0_0.jpg" from the Social Club website. This is your one-click alternative. It keeps all metadata, and even works for crew photos. Once you've made a backup, you can delete the photos from the Snapmatic Gallery. One by one — that's something only iFruit can fix. *Please keep in mind that this service is highly unofficial and experimental. In case it ever becomes popular, backups are going to get pretty slow. In the worst case, iFruit will block them. But hopefully they'll just copy the features and add them to the next version of the Snapmatic app. Full Sized:"http://postimg.org/image/5gj0x0z3z/" It is very easy to use as well, ◊All you have to do is click the link below:"http://grandtheftdata.com/snapmatic/"◊Wait for the website to load, ◊Then click on "Back Up Your Snapmatic Photos" button in the top Right Hand corner, ◊Then enter your R☆ Social Club Username(NOT YOUR PSNID/GAMERTAG) ◊This message will pop-up "Preparing backup..." ◊Wait for the ZIP file to be ready, it can take awhile, especially if you have a full Album.(@96/96)◊Once it finishes the "Download" button will appear(where the "Cancel Backup" button had been), ◊Now click the "Download Button" and you will be asked to save the file to a folder click on the folder you created/have and then the zip file will save. ◊After the files are downloaded you will go to the folder where you saved the zip file in◊Now open up the folder you saved and enjoy your backup Snapmatic photosAnd you can check out my Snapmatic Photos above these tutorials as proof that it works.Source:"http://grandtheftdata.com/snapmatic/" Edited September 30, 2014 by SeaWallTx LordZekrom
GG14876
Sorry, completely unrelated to the whole snapmatic issues and their fix, but... From the "Grand Theft Data" site, is there a way to get the entire hybrid map background as a single image? I ask mainly because it seems to use the actual travel paths used by NPCs, so it could be used to better avoid police/where requested PVs spawn... Bit more on topic, great guild for getting your Snapmatics (though Boo Cheaters!). Always wondered if there was a way to get all of the Snapmatics off at once; definitely going to take more pics now. Related questions: Is the 640x360 resolution on Social Club the maximum? If so, I take it those larger images sometimes shown here are done with a TV capture card? And is there a way to delete all of your Snapmatics at once or are we stuck with doing it one-by-one from the in-game menu? As always, great job on the guild. Your work is quite appreciated by those of us here. SeaWallTx
SeaWallTx
@GG14876 Qs & As: ▷Is the 640x360 resolution on Social Club the maximum? I believe so... ▷If so, I take it those larger images sometimes shown here are done with a TV capture card? I actually use a cell phone to take my pictures, well I did before I found this solution to my Snapmatic problem. ▷And is there a way to delete all of your Snapmatics at once or are we stuck with doing it one-by-one from the in-game menu? No, not that I can find, and I have been looking too. It looks as if you must go in-game and delete every picture one by one. ▷(though Boo Cheaters!): I did not use this to glitch money nor RP, I used it for the FREE Aircraft and War Machines, lol, and I only did this on my "Cheater Account" as I would NOT want to lessen the fun of unlocks and achievements for myself as I have much free time to actually play and earn my things in-game.
